PROJECT BRIEF:

PNR were contracted after tendering for the works to undertake re-roofing works to all the flat asphalt roof areas with targeted rooflight replacements at a school in Oxford.

WORKS:

PNR overlayed all the flat asphalt roofs which had come to the end of their serviceable life with torch-applied roofing felts. Many original glass rooflights were replaced with new triple-skinned GRP rooflights whilst others were removed completely and covered over.

PROJECT BRIEF:

PNR were instructed to undertake a full survey and provide various costed options for cladding an existing single-storey brick office/workshop.

WORKS:

PNR were responsible for the design, evaluation and installation of an over-clad roof (using Joris ide 32/1000 cladding), new rooflights and 100mm insulation. Joris Ide JL Wall 1000 panels were also used for the brick walls.

PROJECT BRIEF:

PNR were appointed Principal Contractor and Designer on the modification and extension of an existing warehouse, incorporating the removal of the existing roof structures and replacement with a new insulated roof to meet acoustic specifications required by planning consent.

WORKS:

The roofing works were undertaken as part of a major building reconstruction by PNR and involved stripping the existing over-sheets and underlying “Galbestos“ coated roof cladding, then installing new purlins, modifications to existing roof trusses and other appropriate roof strengthening works .

A bespoke new joriside liner tray and composite panel roof was installed to comply with specific acoustic requirements set out in the planning permission.
