PNR has undertaken extensive remediation works on land and buildings for its clients since its inception in 2001.

Typically we are instructed prior to site disposal, acquisition or redevelopment plus end-of-lease dilapidations, in order to comply with relevant legislation and Environment Agency requirements. We have remediated sites throughout the United Kingdom suffering from various degrees of contamination and involving a range of contaminants from asbestos through to hydrocarbons and chemical pollution.

Successful and economic remediation requires a comprehensive site investigation and subsequent remediation strategy relevant to the proposed use. Typically works can include specialised asbestos removal, off-site contaminated soil removal, on-site contaminated soil treatment, in situ ground water treatment, on-site containment and capping and site reinstatement.
