PROJECT BRIEF:

PNR negotiated acquisition of derelict town centre builders yard in a conservation area, obtained planning for change of use to residential and designed and built 11 town houses/cottages and 2 apartments with onsite car parking.

WORKS:

PNR were responsible for contractual and planning issues, design and implementation of scheme including part demolition of the existing structure, associated civils, part cross laminate timber construction, part refurbishment, complete new roof and first and second fix throughout.
